The Executive Committee of the San Juan Watershed Association consist of: President, Vice President Secretary-Treasurer, and Director to the Colorado Association of Conservation Districts (CACD). The offices of the Association should be held by three different Districts within the Watershed. The officers can hold an office for up to two (2) three (3) year terms, going into effect as each existing officer's term expires . Elections will be conducted at the fall watershed meeting.
Regular meetings of the Association will be held annually at a predetermined location, time and date. The Secretary or the President shall notify each District in writing, by telephone, or by personal message not less than 10 days before the date of such meeting. At least three Districts shall be present to constitute a quorum. Special meetings of the Association may be called at any time by the President or a petition of two or more Districts.
